From the watch to the brand
The Trilobe watch comes to life around three eccentric rings which glide on rubies. A feature made possible by the mechanism developed by Jean-François Mojon, for which a patent is pending. This self-winding mechanical module is driven by a heavily modified 2892 calibre. The arrangement of the rings on the dial strikes a balance which is eye-catching but yet invisible at the same time. Each component has its own place and unique status. Thanks to the model’s exposed core, we can make out the seconds wheel train bridge.
The watch heart
This skeleton style is inspired by the “grande rosace” (rosette) of the Sainte-Chapelle in Paris, an architectural masterpiece in the so-called rayonnant style. This first nod to History is echoed in the design of the indicators. They take the shape of a trilobe, a three-lobed geometric shape which has spanned centuries and civilisations.
Birth of Trilobe
The trilobe is also a pillar of time, referring to its three components: hours, minutes and seconds, which are as universal and enduring as the trilobe itself. This longstanding geometric shape has been chosen to be the namesake of our brand.
A new classic
The clean lines of the dial, which are available in Silver, Storm grey and Sunray blue, are equal to the flawless finishes of the steel case; an amalgamation of microblasted, satin and polished surfaces. An inspiring new classic: an elegant timepiece which could have been designed a hundred years ago, but yet still remains relevant today and will continue being so a hundred years from now.
